Welcome to Night's Neverland

Whispers

As shadows dance, twirl and prance,
You skip along with glee,
Beneath moonlight, it fills your sight,
Ancient and wise oak tree.

The leaves have eyes, that peek and spy,
Whispers fill your mind,
Visions entice, soft words invite,
What wonders shall you find?

You have been told, the tales of old,
Of wizard beneath the earth,
Blue piercing glare, ‘neath silver hair,
And wee dragon guarding hearth.

And so you seek, wizard mystique,
Searching out the secret door,
But then you gasp! You’ve found the clasp!
You set off swiftly to explore.

Walking deep, the tunnel steep,
Light shining up ahead,
A voice you hear, could you be near?
What whispered words are said?

On tippy-toes, swiftly you go,
You hear a rumbling snore,
With one footstep, inside you leapt,
And entered chamber door.

Greeting you speak, wee dragon squeaks,
Smoke billows from his nose,
The wizard laughs, gestures with staff,
Your excitement swiftly grows.

Before warm hearth, beneath the earth,
In wizards hidden world,
Wee dragon sighs, head on your thigh,
He lay with wings unfurled.

Throughout the night, amazing sights,
Such wonders you beheld,
A vow you take, you’ll never break,
The secret to their hidden world
